I have to sample 50kHz signals having BW of ~30Khz (35KHz-65KHz).
For this purpose I'm looking for ADC's with
1. Variable clock rate/flexible clock input
2. Dual channel (14-bit)
3. Sampling rate ~100KSPS<MSPS<~10MSPS range.
Can you please suggest me any better ADC devices which are similar...

My question is if I tie same quality speakers of different wattage (470Watt /400Watt) to 50Watt output channel what difference can be seen ?
OR may be it would never be driven to 470Watts anyway until I use...
