i want to drive 10 irfp460 mosfet that parallel and using ir2110 to drive them.but ir2110 cant.can i use bjt totem pole or i Must use jfet totem pole to driving mosfet?
the Threshold Voltage of irfp460 is 4 volt and I'm afraid to use bjt totem pole when driver voltage below 4 volt and in this...

my dspic part number is dspic33fj256mc710 and i added 100 nf cap for each vcc gnd and i add 100 nf to MCLR pin for reduce any noise.
do you have any Opinion for this problem ? because i want to design pcb

the output of 4046 generate 20 khz square wave and to ir2104 and next to totem pole with bd139 and bd140 and in over to gate resistor.lm2576 adj, 18 volt supply gate voltage...
i use dspic micro and ir2104 to drive half bridge mosfet
i use 12 volt , 150 watt switching power supply and lm2576 3.3 for dspic.
when the mosfet load is 10 watt no problem but when the load is 50 watt ,micro Continuous
reset and power up.the mosfet is irfz44
i pullup mclr pin with 10k...
