it will be definitely 0.5 v in the steady state
but not before the time required for the wave to reach the load i.e. the length of the line
since source ,load, characteristic impedance are seame the steady state will reach faster

741 do work as a open loop comparator but upto max a few KHz
for higher freq u may use schmitt trigger
ofcourse u wil have hysterisis problems
one added advantage will be high noise immunity

see opamp has a vry high gain e.g. 741 has 2*10^5
we use amplifiers in linear region
i.e. assuming power supply +-15V let us say
o/p is below 15V
so i/p will be 14/(2*10^5) =70 micro V
( i have considered 14 V as the saturation...
in class F PA harmonics traps are used to block all odd harmonics
but if all odd harmonics are blocked
then odd harmonics current should flow through transistor
for all even harmonics the tuned circuits act as short so even harmonics current should flow in a tuned circuit not in the transistor
