    Transmission Line interview problem?

it will be definitely 0.5 v in the steady state but not before the time required for the wave to reach the load i.e. the length of the line since source ,load, characteristic impedance are seame the steady state will reach faster it is a typ. problem in EMI/EMC subject

    OP-AMP as a comparator

comparator op 07 741 do work as a open loop comparator but upto max a few KHz for higher freq u may use schmitt trigger ofcourse u wil have hysterisis problems one added advantage will be high noise immunity

physically how virtual short of the opamp can be explained

Re: physically how virtual short of the opamp can be explain see opamp has a vry high gain e.g. 741 has 2*10^5 we use amplifiers in linear region i.e. assuming power supply +-15V let us say o/p is below 15V so i/p will be 14/(2*10^5) =70 micro V ( i have considered 14 V as the saturation...

Question on class F power amplifier

in class F PA harmonics traps are used to block all odd harmonics but if all odd harmonics are blocked then odd harmonics current should flow through transistor for all even harmonics the tuned circuits act as short so even harmonics current should flow in a tuned circuit not in the transistor
