Thanks for the reply. I was expecting a kind of reply like interfacing circuit for the TI chip xtr106/xtr117, these chips are basically used to transmit value for a longer distance in 4-20mA loop. My worry is how give input to this IC thru varying resistance.

Hi,
Looks there is a mistake in presenting/understanding the problem. I had made a mention of float wherein i use reed contacts, as the float moves, it either keeps the contact open or close to its previous state and thus u can get diffarent resistive value.

Iam also having the problem of no SIMVDD. although I am getting the poweron and LED blinking. Does it realyy related to the baudrate, what if I have not connected to PC at all
