Option 1. in You Board editor chose edit>netclasses> and then set default value of width = 'Your Value" drills = 'Your Value" & clearence = 'Your Value"
1mm = 40 mills (approx)
now try autorouting it...
there are lots of ways i have found to change the width or set default value to what you want before routing.

Option 1. chose "info" toolbar and click on the side/corner of polygon to change the name of it. chose whatever you want. and the save it and when you want to see it again change the name again.

I use print button to print out my layout editor in pdf filed and then u can show them! easy! you can turn on/off layers and then click print to generate different kind of layers wheather it is SST,TOP,BOTTOM,PADS,DRILLS,ETc!!
