    how does a transistor amplify?

Re: how does the transistor amplify ? for physical significance you can take analogy of transistor as a tube of water flowing in it, and and the input signal is like a you pressing the tube and as you vary the pressure on the tube the pressure of water coming out varies, the larger the pressure...

    Audio Signal to Control Electromagnet

DC bias and amplify the AC signal and make sure that output is always positive, now supply the this voltage to electromagnet. for better results use sound of lower frequency.

    Bridge Rectifier Experiment

there is a possibility you are using a wrong circuit or may be some of your components are not working, i hav done it my self and it works fine

Boosting Voltage from 7V to 12V

for that u will require external power supply to boost the voltage and current

using of gm rules in design mosfet circuit ?

all the gm are same, but to design a amplifier u just need to fix the Q-point and once you do so then Id and Vod are fixed hence you will not require other parameters to get gm the second equation will be enough

Choosing Capacitor Value for the Circuits

Depends upon the use in circuit, and also rating of capacitor matter, don't use a capacitor with low voltage rating at high voltage. any capacitor has two values first is its farad rating and second is voltage. Generally RC value decides the characteristics of circuit and we fix the value of...

    total resistance of circuit

no obviously not, since ((7||8)+6) part of circuit is not attached at two terminals with rest circuit, it is hanging hence is useless and plays no effect on circuit

    [SOLVED] can-messages with same identifier

If the bus is idle which is represented by recessive level (Logical 1), any node may begin to transmit. If two or more nodes begin sending messages at the same time, the message with the more dominant ID (which has more dominant bits, i.e., zeroes) will overwrite other nodes' less dominant IDs...

Ripple on Logic pulse trains , what is causing this?

There may be a problem of frequency, many times when the frequency is too low then there can be some ripples seen as there is always some charging and discharging of capacitance there in the circuit

[SOLVED] What does the current rating in chargers/adapters mean? (Confused)

Note if you load the adapter with a very low resistance then the adapter will no longer provide the same voltage(voltage regulation) but will provide current around max current and if you provide further low resistance then the adapter will damage due to heating of components mainly transformer

    Linearization of thermistor

to measure temperature and get digital data, you must have uniform quantization and thermistor characteristics is exponential hence, to get the output voltage to vary linearly with temperature you need a log amplifier. Next ADC will do quantization to provide digital data.
