Sorry I forget to explain about d meaning: d is the phisical distance between the two antennas and I think that the right definition should be the second one.

I'm simulating a 2 antenna MIMO configuration printed on FR4 substrate.
To test spatial diversity separation should I use:
1) \[d=\frac{\lambda_0}{k}\] (where \[\lambda_0\] is vacuum wavelength)
2) \[d=\frac{\lambda_g}{k}\] (where \[\lambda_g\] is guided wavelength)

I'm trying to simulate a loop antenna for my project but I have many problem with the CPW feed. The CPW length has too big influences on the resonance frequency of my antenna, I think it could be a BALUN problem: but loop antenna should not be a balanced structure?

I need it for Wlan (2.4 Ghz and 5.5 Ghz), I was thinking to a loop antennas, I find some articles saying that that type of antenna does not excitate a big current on ground plane. Do you know anything more about?

I'm tryin to design a cpw feed inverted F antenna and I've design the hfsss model. I've made some simulations and I see that cpw line length influences a lot the resonance frequency. Maybe my CPW lumped port design is not correct.
