To measure board and copper thickness, you need professional pcb test equipment.
Basically, board thickenss is 0.2mm to 4.0mm, and copper thickness is 0.5 oz, 1 oz, 1.5 oz, 2.0 oz.
Printed circuits board(PCB) is a core part of each electrical equipments.
Honesty, high quality PCB and PCBA means high quality electrical equipments.
So, which electricals need PCB and PCBA. eg.

For a completely pcb dasign, we need your Gerber file and BOM, and also some specifications:
Board thickness, copper thickness, material, layer, surface finish, solder mask, silk screen.
