For a completely pcb dasign, we need your Gerber file and BOM, and also some specifications:
Board thickness, copper thickness, material, layer, surface finish, solder mask, silk screen.
From above info. we can any boards you want, eg.
Household appliance, medical products, automotive products, industrial products and consumer electronics.
We are a professional pcb&pcba manufacturer, our core business are pcb board, components and pcba.

how can measure thickness of copper and board?

To measure board and copper thickness, you need professional pcb test equipment.
Basically, board thickenss is 0.2mm to 4.0mm, and copper thickness is 0.5 oz, 1 oz, 1.5 oz, 2.0 oz.
