    in win2003 right click on setup.exe file and choose properties --------------------->compatibility . in compatibility mode choose run this program .........mode for : win 98 this may solve your problem .

    Re: SCR way of working you must apply a reverse voltage accross anode to cathode . when Vak becomes negative scr stops conducting .
