I need a small, blue, flat LED with good wavelength coverage of 470nm.

Let's try this.
Can each of the 25 individual wires in a Sub25 standard parallel cable conduct the following: 3.4 Volts at 0.8 amps
or is that too much power?
Do you know of any ADC's which could measure from (min) -150 microvolt to (max) +150 microvolt, with 2^16 steps in between...
