Thanks for help and support. I was also able to solve the circuit problem. Just interchange the Op-Amp + and - input terminal and it works.

If ',' comma is not placed, how C compiler will parse your line?
Think logical, in terms as if you are compiling other's written C code by hand, manually and you will find lot of answers yourselves.

Yes. It can be possible if you can port many low level PICmicro's Assembly routines into TI MSP430/Sitara. But it will be against Microchip licensing.
Instead, look out for wireless Zigbee stack which is the industry standard and available for most all MCUs.

Apply Drivers from CD accompanied with your hardware. Driver will directly emulate virtual RS-232 port and you will find that entry in Computer Device manager status. Now start using that port as regular RS-232 port. Your this virtual port may seems slow on small characters I/O as ethernet...
