    Suggest me a PIC with ADC for testing parameters of a power mosfet

    help:PIC & ADC hi thanx for the advice.....i am working on a project to test the parameters of a power mosfet like threshold voltage and on state resistance with the help of PIC( a data aquisition system) and output the data into PC. i am doubtful whether a 10 bit ADC in PIC will be accurate...
