Extact the zipped file (Fix.bat) and copy it on the drive that you wanna repair (c:,f:...) and execute it from that location then Restart your computer and the problem will be solved.
For the Drive D:
Use the utility found here
Don't forget to press the helped me button ;)
Re: C++ Library Problems
Rigth click on the word file then press on Open with. Then select Microsoft Office Word and Highlingth the option Always use the selected program to open this kind of file.
Now press Ok and the problem is resolved.
