    current path vs voltage path

hola! what is better solution to feed current mirror through 1uA current path or through voltage one ? the second question is about opamp's biasing. do you bias it locally by simple mirror and diode or do you supply current mirror with reference curent ? regards

    LDO - transient accuracy

writting 70mV i meant overshoot, which SLOWLY (100us) relaxes to proper output voltage at 1mA. It's even worse when load falls to 1u. Another serious thing which i met is startup after turning on enable pin. Output voltage rises almost to vin and settles after 150us. The problem is that during...

    LDO - transient accuracy

I use basic Cout + ESR compensation which is enough in this situation.

    LDO - transient accuracy

hola! I'd like to ask you about transient response of LDO. typically it looks like this I'm considering time \[\delta\]t3 . It's related to Cout slewing by feedback resistors or another sink. The thing that in my simple design which is simple two stage opamp + pmos device this time is not...

    HSPICE .op results in subcircuits

hola! Can you tell me if it's possible to see all OP in subcircuit ? I'd like to get transistors parameters plotted. what should i add to .OP ? regards

    LDO- accuracy, stability, consumption

i've used slew rate enhancement technique in the buffer stage, but the static current in output branch (5uA) is not enough tu push forward the pole. I had to lower amplifier's gain using transistors with small areas. Finally was able to stabilize the circuit at all loads, but got bigger output...

    LDO- accuracy, stability, consumption

well, the thing is the current is the constraint.

    LDO- accuracy, stability, consumption

Hello, As it's known , to have good load regulation and low deflection voltage high open loop gain is needed. When the spec needs ultra low ground current <10uA and good accuracy and fast response gain+buffer are needed. I wonder about using single stage opamp with unity gain buffer, but to...

Problem with CMOS inverter (power supply issues)

cmos inverter hello i have the cmos inverter and over it the pmos key switches the supply (3.3V) for the inverter. the well of the inverter's pmos is connected to supply (3.3V) and the inverter's input is connected to 5V. what happens then ? if switch is on i have more than 3.3 V on it's...

    li-ion battery charger

hello i would like to charge li-ion battery model from solar battery. is it possible? or do i need additional circuits to implement cc-cv characteristics ? if yes, please clarify which ones regards
