    you need to run excellon.cam file. so it generate .dll file ,which manufacture can use it for drilling purpose.

    Thanks for reply so we wont be able to create soldering pad in pcb editor, but can i create using shape - rectangle with Etch/top (class/subclass). does this work in footprint. As i changed this way , know i don't way any error but i don't know it works or not.
