Hi,
When I run PSS simulation on a divider by 2 (just a DFF with negative feedback), but it always can not be convergent even if I set large tstab and steadyratio. Can anyone tell me what I should do?

The main power supply is 2.5~3.6V. But there is LDO regulator (1.8V) inside the chip. It will provide 1.8V power for internal logic/memory, etc.
use resistor esd
Diffusion resistor can spread heat very quickly while poly resistor can not since oxide is arround poly. Poly resistor is more easy to be burnt than diffusion resistor at ESD zapping.
