Currently I learned Altium Designer and found the same problem. At first,it really made me confused. Finally I found out that the green color actually prompts there exist some design rule violations. You can try Tools-> Design rule check in the menu, and click "Run Deisgn Rule Check" in Design...
The FPGA(XC3S1500) on the board needs 1.2v, 2.5v and 3.3v power supplies, and the config PROM needs 1.8v. The ARM7(LPC2106) on the board needs 3.3v and 1.8v supplies.
Can I use 6 mic29502 (a LDO regulator) chips to transform 5v power to satisfy all these 6 power demand? If I make a mistake...
