is anyone can suggest me any website which contains of algorithm for detect motion. or at least anything i can refer to for my surveillance proj. tq very muchhh :D
i would like to do a surveillance sys with the specs below:
i) detect motion
ii) tracking
iii) recognise or differentiate between human or things such as rats etc.
can anyone suggest to me, which FPGA board is suitable for this proj include the manufacturer. Thank u very much
