Hi
I am designing a capacitive touch switch board using CAP1298.
It has been mentioned in the datasheet that the CS5 pin be used as a signal guard.
In my PCB, i have included the signal guard around all touchpads on oneside of the board.
Should i place the signal guard on by board's bottom...
Hi
I have given connections as per the circuit, but i don't get output. Few components were not available, so i used some equivalent components. (SR3100 not available so i used MUR4100).
Only thing i did not use is the UU9.8 & DR6*8 inductor.
Will this affect my output? Is it definitely...
Sorry for not mentioning about the inductor.
I used two types of inductors.
1. The inductor part number is ETQ-P6F3R2HFA from digikey. (couldn't find the datasheet)
2. I've included the picture of the other inductor (10uH/5A).
I got the output using the 1st inductor. Now also i'm getting...
I've completely soldered 9 board. Out of 9, only 5 boards work good. When the input varies from 14V to 90V, the board outputs 12 to 12.8V.
For the remaining 4 boards, there are some problems. The output keeps on increasing with an increase in input voltage and then the LM5116 fuses out.
Also...
I just mentioned microchip for a reference. I too create many components, footprints manually and add them to the project library. That is why i thought of updating library would work.
Hi,
I'm new to using Altium designer 14 for PCB Design.
I downloaded libraries for Altium designer from:
https://techdocs.altium.com/display/ADOH/Download+Libraries
But, these libraries does not contain several microcontrollers. For example: PIC16LF1825, PIC18F45k22 etc.,
I can manually...
Should i design a double-sided board with ground plane on both sides, or is it enough if i just make a single-sided board with ground plane on one side?
