Delay circuit needed

I have done a 32 LEDs sequencer circuit, but it just keep on the sequence like for ever.
How can I link a delay circuit say for 2 second or so with my circuit. So that after the 32 LED light it the circuit goes off for 2 second.
I have multisim 9 and I draw my schematic, now how can i do the PCB.
I noticed there is a transfer of the layout for PCB, it can transfer to Ultiboard and Protel it transfer the file in the format (*.net for protel and *.ewnet for Ultiborad)

The simulator doesn't allow me to put a logic 1 on the MR while its running so no use.
I have tried another counter(74hc4040) and it work ok, but there is a problem !!
when running the sequence is working fine but the LEDs some times bounce back or reset.
i.e. after 2 or 3 LEDs...

Sorry to bug you dear, but i tried it once more and it didn't work, again the counter won't count. Doesn't need a clock to count. I have put an oscilloscope and all i see is zero no signal.
Also i put an oscilloscope on the counter pins and all were zero !!!

multiplexer in multisim
Guys, i have multisim 9 and couldn't find a multiplexer/demultiplexer. I need to design my project, and draw the schematic but couldn't find those components.
Guys i have some 24 LED's controlled by 3x8 dip switches, those are controlled manually, i need to control them digitally, how i can do that, what is the ideal multiplexer to be used is it FDM or TDM. Is there a way to control them by PC i.e software or so.
