I guess that would be considered as FES?
What I am confused about is that since electrocutaneous, FES, and TENS are based on the same mechanism that is stimulated by electric pulse,
then why different sensations occur?

FES Functional Electrical Stimulation, which moves your muscle

TENS Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation
same?
