They are commercially available 2D codes. Just google the names and you will find information.
No free software in source form exists for this type of problem that I'm aware of.

Hi!
I need a code that can solve problems involving bodies of revolution. I have access to CST and HFSS but they're just too slow for the applications I have in mind. The geometries consist of both PEC and dielectric surfaces.
I know of two codes:
Quickwave-V2d
Mafia
Does anyone have any...
We use a mold to get a carbon fibre dish that is subsequently painted with an 8um conductive paint. This is for Ku band.
Cassegrain system with corrugated feed horn.
We have 0.1mm tolerance across the whole dish. This is necessary for uplink SLL suppression.

matlab code hfss
I have done this.
It shoudln't take you more than a couple of days provided you know both programs well. You need the macro manual for Ansoft.
Basically you autogenerate macros from within Matlab which are then run from the "dos" command in Matlab. Simple.
Watch out since...
Hi,
I'm designing a mode coupler that will couple the TE21 mode to four external rectabgular waveguides. If you know this structure you know that it's pretty big and it's time consuming to solve it in HFSS (which I have access to BTW).
So is there a better alternative out there? I have heard...
