I was trying to draw a schematic but it became messy. I put again two pictures from up view and underneath view. In addition, there are from left HEF4011B, then 3x CD4040B then HEF4012BE, switch and HEF4013B. Can you help me somehow without the schematic? Maybe if it is not possible to switch...
