    "Bulletproof" EL-Driver?

I am trying to build automotive dimmable EL-driver with data: VCC +12V, EL-Lamp 3 inch2, 330Hz, dimming range 70-160V, dimming is controlled from microcontroller by 2-10ms 5V impulses. I have tried a few chips, but they tend to be very capricious. I have put the scheme together according to the...

    Smallest possible video transmitter.

There is no important what freguency transmitter will use, more important is size, low power usage and low transmitting radius. How to make video transmitter what uses 3,7v battery, 5-10mA, 1-2mW, with fixed freguency and wery small size?

    Smallest possible video transmitter.

Can someone help me find schematic for very small video TX. Something like this: https://rf-links.com/newsite/pdf/dx-5.pdf I like use it for short distance, for power i can use only 3,7v battery, so low power consumption is required. From Google I could not find anything like this.
