I have an epson 740 USB-printer. I need to print from a Dos program to this printer. But I cannot connect in the properties a LPT-port to the USB-printer (like in a W95-networked environment).
How can I do this? Any suggestion ?
thanks
I am not asking you to solve the problem for me. All I am asking is some clues. Book that I have is from Inan & Inan , and I can not find anything that is relevant.
OIS40R
I am assigned a project to figure out how to interface OIS40R to Allen Bradley rslogix500 microcontroller. Does anybody have any examples of this?
Thanks
barcode scanners
I am interested in some good palm barcode scanners. It will be used in industry for product scanning. it should be compatible with os/400.
I would appreciaty any suggestions.
I found a hint for this problem. The hint is saying that we should write down the binomial theorem expansions of (q + p)^n and (q – p)^n, then add them together.
This would eventually result in expected solution-- 0.5[1+(q - p)^n]. The only problem is, I can not get to this expected solution. I...

corection to the problem
A coin with p{h}=p=1-q is tossed n times. Show that the probability that the number of heads is even equals 0.5[1+(q-p)^n].
A coin with p{h}=p-1 is tossed n times. Show that the probability that the number of heads is even equals 0.5[1+(q-p)^n]
I appreciatte your any of your valuable contributions.
Thanks
