How to design pre-amphasis circuit in FM system?

Hi all, I need add pre-emphasis circuit in FM system. If it is 6dB/Octave,and -54dBV this pre-emphasis curcuit output level at 300Hz,then how to caculate the output level at 3KHz? Thank you in advance,

How to optimize radius of via's pad and antipad by ADS?

Hi friends, Can anyone tell me how to optimize radius of signal via's pad and antipad by ADS? I placed four ground vias in fixed position around this signal via,and i want they have variable positions with signal via antipad's radius. Thank you in advanced...

which tool can export the datapoint selected by mouse to s parameter?

Hi friends, As title,I selected some datapoints by mouse, which tool i can use to export to s paramter? Now i have ADS,whether it can do it?How to do? Many thanks,

S-parameter black box model for ADS simulation

S parameter is got with fixed DC bias.If you want to simulate the DC,you have to get the nolinear model.

    5.8GHz LNA stabilty simulation question

I have found some documents with your suggestion. But the solutions seems not to fix my case.for the collect is connected by 0 R,but still instability in all frequencies. How can i fix the case?

    5.8GHz LNA stabilty simulation question

Thanks for rfmw's help.Which topology i can select that can fixed 1.3GHz and 3~4GHz instability? The collector has been connected 0R .

    5.8GHz LNA stabilty simulation question

Thank you for kindness. Can you help me find the root cause of instability in 1.3GHz?

    5.8GHz LNA stabilty simulation question

Hi tony, What is your simulation tool?ADS?Have you ever met the same case as me that some frequencies unstable in momentum, but schematic ok?

    5.8GHz LNA stabilty simulation question

Thank you for kindness. That means it is hard to predict stability when designing MW amplifier with simulation?IF use ideally schematic to simulate, normally get stability.but use momentum to do it,some frequencies unstable, even though push these circles by connecting series or parallel resistors...

    5.8GHz LNA stabilty simulation question

Thank BigBoss and hosein_rabiee_g for kindness. My confusion is the measurement to judge stability. In fact,I used one product that in MP stage to simulate, normally it is stable in all frequencies, and in fact i used SA to measure it the input connected 50R,output connected to SA,then power on,no...

    5.8GHz LNA stabilty simulation question

Thank BigBoss for kindness.Today I measured the LNA part of module in MP stage,it is stable in 100KHz~10GHz the same match network and DC bias.It maks me confused which one correct.I use ADS momentum tool. And Anyone use the same tool simulate correctly compared with product?

    5.8GHz LNA stabilty simulation question

Hi all, 5.8GHz LNA simulation-----if i use s-parameter model(add all match circuits and Bias without DC), 1.321GHz unstable. But if use nolinear model(add all match circuits and Bias),i found it is stable in all frequencies. My question is which one is correct ? Thank you in advanced,
