I do not understand why someone wants to build something like OBD2 interface as there is plenty of ultra-low-cost china-made interfaces (which sometime do not work or stop working soon), but for the price ...

It's 43 MHz pixelclock ... I am just solving similar...
What solution would you recommend for VGA interface for microcontroller? So far I have found only http://www.microvga.com/ or solutions with ISA VGA card connected to a MCU (which is .. ehm, not very practical).
