I am looking for a cheap solution for pcb screening the component side of my boards. For designing reason I may use two different colours, using the transparencies only gives black. I’ve done a Google search all comes out is using expensive pcb manufacturer machinery.

New IC's are from stock. (same manufacturer)
I applied cold spray to a working unit, it works down to -40C then falls gradually, specs for 0p-amps are -50C max. so I suppose this is OK.
Repeated experiment to my faulty board...

* Using DMM between VCC and Node: No O/P
* Using DMM between Ground and Node: O/P comes on and stays on as long as contact is maintained.

As you said banjo applying local heat makes board to work. I have washed tracks with alcohol (IPA) but I can't find any sings of contamination I have also re-soldered all joins but to no bail.

Hi, banjo Thanks for your input.
I have checked for any cold solder joint o broken tracks under a microscope but this a multilayer board making very difficult fo find if any.
I will try for any leaky capacitor.

I have this faulty board which does not want to operate unless I touch one of the nodes with finger or DMM probe tip. I have many of this boards 100% operating so it is not down to design error. I have measured all component values and all Ok. I have also replaced all Ic's and C392...

After so many goes.. I decided to change the DAC08 to AD558 and go an output straight away.. Very HAppy.. -- Now output a bit doted can you suggest any good filter to remove points..

As u said XNOX_Rambo the waveform was caused by the inductors, I removed the whole filter section and use the diagram from datasheet but still nada. I get an output form DAC pin 4 of -3.80V even if I disconect the PIC.. is this correct? I'm using +5/-5 to power the...

schematic is at the botton of the post. Crystal is 4Mhz.. no load just the scope + a LPF at output.
