Hi all,
I'd like to convert some older pads .job files for use with more recent software (haven't decided exactly which yet).
Some are quite old version PADS-PCB ver 3.3 for which we still have & run the software in a Virtual PC, and others are only slightly newer but not sure of the version...

Likewise is anyone aware of any code to get going on an RC5 encoder? Again, using CCS and an emphasis (which has clearly been demonstrated in this thread) on reliability & performance?

With reference to the 74S series (Schottky) logic device family, e.g., Texas Instruments SN74SXXN or National DM74SXXN .
Since there appears to have been a decline in these devices as newer technologies are introduced, can anyone suggest which logic family would be suitable as a direct drop-in...

I am trying to test some equipment that has a transformer with a 415V primary and mutiple secondary o/ps - 240V, 40V, 17.5V, 10V.
I only have a 240V supply so I initially thought of reversing the connections on a temporary 415V/24V transformer and then feeding...
