    Zener diode application...

 Hi everyone, I'm kinda new to zener diode and wish to ask expert here for some guidance. usually i only use zener as temporary overvoltage protection, but there are some occasion i use zener to bias a transistor for non critical power supply. These are some of the things i dont...

    [SOLVED] P-mosfet driving a load

Yes indeed, it is meant to be on all time when the polarity of Vin is correct, and off when Vin is reversed. But if i operate the mosfet in this fashion, can it still take 0.75A?

    [SOLVED] P-mosfet driving a load

Hi guys, i have one question in mind regarding P-mosfet, I want to provide reverse polarity of input supply such as the simply schematic i attached. However the datasheet usually specified Id current that is flowing from source to drain. But my case is from drain to source instead. I did...

How to decide the input power of the RF source and the frequency space for LNA?

Re: IP3 measurement sorry for the missing info, im working on the LNA,gain at 18dB, i need to figure out the P1dB first. the spectrum analyzer attenuation setting i set at very high value(50dB), i know that if my attenuation level is too low,the IM3 will appear to be very high, usually what i...

How to decide the input power of the RF source and the frequency space for LNA?

Re: IP3 measurement :-Phi, i was searching for OIP3 information and i came across this thread. I also have a similar question for the Pros here. I came across this situation when i work on LNA, all the while i'm thinking, as long as i very far below the P1dB point, then my OIP3 should be...
