Single ground plane on layer 2, you know that the days of multiple grounds are gone. However it is splitted to two regions under analog and digital components with wise return path.
I’m working on a Mixed signal 4L PCB using this stack-up:
1L: Signal
2L: GND plane
3L: Power plane (split)
4L: Signal
As you see in the pic The board has two power sources, SMPS for analog and Linear for Digital.
1-Is it a good idea to extend the GND and Power plane under noisy SMPS...
Sample rate was changed to 50Hz now I acheive 2 digit LSB noise !! The result is pretty stable on LCD and I think it is acceptable for AD7715 and also my project requirments .
I like to focus on PCB design and grounding if I get the better result I'll keep you updated guys .

Due to some limitations I can use only one load cell ,,But Im sure somethings is wrong about the ADC or interfacing technic.
Many thanks Fvm , you really pinpoint the problem , I configured AD7715 like this way :
Internal gain block (PGA) : gain=128
Sample rate : 500Hz->filter cut off=131hz...

The cable position problem was solved with inversing the load cell "S" in the construction . I had wrongly mounted the load cell in the construction and the cable weight itself caused the extra random weight !
But still I have 5 digit LSB noise ! which is a pretty large amount...

Yes , It cannot be replaced . I tried to cut the cable and make it smaller in length , now the results are a little more stable , but the cable position problem still exists .

You must find out the Controller chip of your Graphical lcd . Regular GLcds are based on KS108 contorller or HDM64GS12 or ... .
The datasheet of this controller chips explaines how to communicate with lcd .
Pay attention that Ni-mh batteries have 1.2V when they are discharge so if u charge a regular ni-mh battery its voltage reaches to 1.4 v and when u have 4 number of them total voltage of the unit become 5.6V .
