The CMOS is just an inverter gate.. if your crystal is 60MHz, you have to get an inverter that is fast enough (quick response time) in order for that to work.
For the capacirotrs (in PIERCE OSCILLATOR) i think anything under 15pf will do just fine.. if you can't find 15pf, use smaller values...
