[Moved]: ADS Cosimulation high current drawn from source!

HI.. Do you know why it must be happening? It's a little urgent.

[Moved]: ADS Cosimulation high current drawn from source!

Re: ADS Cosimulation high current drawn from source! Yes, current at main supply with respect to gnd. I have checked all the blocking caps. They are at the appropriate places..

[Moved]: ADS Cosimulation high current drawn from source!

Re: ADS Cosimulation high current drawn from source! Currents at transistors are right. The DC supply port shows this high current.

[Moved]: ADS Cosimulation high current drawn from source!

Hey guys ! I did cosim of my amplifier and it is working fine. The currents at the transistor pins are right. But the total current drawn from the source is 3.3kA .. Why this must be happening? Any ideas? and whats the solution? Thanks..

Design of High Power Broadband Amplifier

Hi! I don't know about the selection device as far as high power transistors are concerned. But I can tell you that gain flattening techniques are available in literature. It is usually achieved by deliberate mismatching at the input or output. And since it is a power amplifier, you may not need...

    How to design a LNA?

One also has to see how to make the impedance matching network for input and output. This will further also decide which type of impedance matching will be done (with lumped components or microstripline matching). This will also depend upon your frequency of operation.A step by step procedure...

Questions about s-parameter simulation of LNA.

Hey! I have faced a problem during biasing of ATF5143... i.e. if I want 3V,60mA biasing condition, I take 33 ohms of res at drain. But for 2 mA of Igs, I am getting 0.1V of Vgs which should be 0.59V typical as datasheet suggests. My biasing has gone wrong there.:-(

    ADS EM co-simulation unsuccessful

Hi guys. I am a starter in ADS. I've simulated my LNA circuit in ADS in schematic window ad simulated in momentum as well. But I want to do EM co-simulation in ADS which I am not able to. The simulation window says: "the simulator was unexpectedly terminated". Can anyone tell me why this...
