It appears that the pictures corresponding to
the SG piece instead of CH.
Could you verify this? since if the lamp is
250W CH size should be fairly large due to
the diameter of the winding wire.
And, if so the piece would be a VDR.

The link for the simulator t8051m (The 8051 Machine) is dead.
I have found it in http://www.jroweb.de/8051/t8051m.zip.
It works on XP with good speed of simulation.
