    a question to 0.6 um and 1 um technology

    Vt of 1um is bigger than 0.6um but K'n, K'p is less. So, 0.6um is appropriate for low voltage supply and small size design.

    Hi, You just only measure drain current of main couple transistors in OPAMP to get active region point ( see attached files) . It will make all transistors remain in saturation. Doing AC simulation is not necessary.

    If you want to get pretty load transient, you need to improve Error AMP and driver blocks for Power MOS. I don't think push-pull stage is good solution for that.

    LDO don't need Output stage. If you want to drive large current, you just increase the dimension of Power MOS.
