hi
i am using visual studio 2005 & visio 2003 .
i know that visual studio can creat the UML diagrams when VISIO is instaled in the same machine , using ( Project->VisioUml->ReverseEngineer) .
My problem is that i cant find the visiouml in project menu .
how to integrate visual studio with...
Re: mosfet drive
Hi
mosfet driver will guarantee that the voltage between the high side gate and source is more than 15Vdc which consequently will drive the mosfet in a +ve temperature coefficient , so the mosfet will not go anyway in a thermal run way and it will not burn .
the driver will...
Hi
i am using msr860 as a free wheeling diode across the h- bridge mosfets for both the high and the low but after a short while of operation it fails and goes cocked and then shorted "1 minute ".
it was noted that the -ve portions due to the back emf of the voltage signal had been...
Hi all
u have to drive the gate with a 10v between the source and the gate .
i.e. the gate must be higher than the source , to avoid the negaive temp coifficient .
also , u have to take in your account the source of the high side mosfet while it will be floating .
i think u have to use a...
Hi all
after i had finishe the pcb , i tried to generate the cam file for implementaing the pcb but following error message
the film is too small for this pcb
so , what is the problem here ?
any suggestions ?

Hi all
First , thanks allot for reply .
the circuit is a complet H-bridge and the used coniguration was for simulation only , i did that for simplicity , and i think
as VVV said that this was the problem , because it 'll distort the high side capacitor charging discharging cycle .
So ...
Hi all
sorry there is no simulation , because i didn't found the IR2110 driver .
but , here is the schematic
1- Fig 1 ,dc offset in the driving signal and hence in the source signal but when the collector of the PNP transistor is connected to the ground instead of the high side SOURCE, the...
Hi all
there is a nearly 4Vdc offset in the signal that drives the high side in my H-bridge
and i don't know how to remove it .
i didn't have this problem when i was driving the motor with a high side switch only
i added a RC snubber circuit across the drain and source and every thing was...
Hi
i am trying to select a zener diode with Vz =15--18 v .
but in the datasheet 2 voltages are mentioned for each zener
[1N4748A ]
VZ = 22 and Vr=16.7 "TEST VOLTAGE".
so , according to which one , should i select my zener ?
and what is the diffrence ?
there is a note for Vz [note 4]...
HI all
u have to use a supervisory circuit , while the start up moment is very noisy.

Hi all
the x & y axis are cos & sin while there is a 90 phase diffrence between them .
but :
why sin for im and cos for real not the opposite?
why always the e^j is related to rotation angle ?
why e when talking about rotation?
why j when talking about rotation?
all engineers study...
hi
i mean physical interpretation or any way but not a pure mathmatical interpretation .
see : Y^2 = Y*Y .
how can i explain e^j in the same way ?
