you perhalps use protel dxp,because it's better than 99 in the fpga and pld design,and it provide the schematic library that you need.
I am designing a pcb without sch,because there is only one ic used in the project.But I find a problem that the pad of ic mega128 is green,when I add the nets manuilly.My clearance is 0.4mm and the width is 0.4mm.I want to catch it.

I has designed a pcb project with dxp2004,but now i find that I take mistakes of the size of via and the width of routing line.I want to know how to modify them in easy way not one by one
