I can pass the DRC and LVS. But when I run PEX, an error occurs: Error MAC3 on line 2498 of $TECHDIR/LVS/Include/<tech>.lvs_extract.cal - duplicate DMACRO definition name: SUBC_PROPERTIES.

I think you may be right. But I want to ask one more question. How can I fix it? When I trie to create my own library (my_lib) with "Attach to an existing techfile" option, the CIW displayed this warning. It means that I did not go to run QRC step.

I use Cadence IC 615, and the "Enable CellView Check" option is un-checked as default.
Can anyone help me to calculate the transfer function of Right Left Handed Transmission Line? Do I need to terminat 50 ohm resistor at the input (source) and output (load)?

I want to calculate the transconductance gm of a MOSFET in ADS (Advanced Design System). I used equation gm = diff(I_drain,VGS) but it didn't work.
ADS displayed the error: While evaluating "gm": left operand: ee_boolparameter value required

I test with ideal inductor and the result from equations are right. The problem is in the s2p file. I also check the HFSS structure. I change some variable and now I have a good inductor. Thank you very much. I really appreciate your advice.

Thank for your advice. However, I have not known how to convert S-parameters to Y-parameters. Can you show more detail?
