I have simulated the analog base signal injected to VCO port(Vtune) to generate the FM modulation signal. But find a problem if the Kvco varies with the amplitude of input base signal due to the varactor’s nonlinear, the modulation quality is poor. Kvco varies 1%, the demodulated signal SNR...

Do you mean the phase noise of VCO or LO divided by VCO?I think if VCO frequency is double,the divider will double,so the phase noise of LO will improve 6dBc/Hz from Bessel theory.

Actually the coefficients were given to me by others,but he didn't give the scale gain.I want to know this gain and setup the filter in ADS.
I inputted the parameter of filter to filter design tool of MATLAB,but the coefficients have a little difference...
