Re: What is needed to open a start-up company in the field of mixed signal IC design
Thanks for the reply :)
How many years approximately ? :)
I think that this one is the most suitable choice.
Can I just use cracked versions ? ;) Can it bring a problems? )))
------------------
Can I...
What does it mean "stabilize the circuit for open loop" ? Isn't it stable in all cases ? Maybe you mean DC stability for example in the Bandgap circuit or beta multiplier ?
What is needed to open a start-up fabless company in the filed of mixed signal IC design ?
What type of devices/IP need to be designed (Wireless, USB, ADC/DAC , Power Management , PLL etc...)?
How to find/attract customers ?
Where to fabricate the chip with the minimal cost ?
Let's assume...
I think you can create model of MOS transistor which will have different name and will have agauss statement in it.
And you need to change model name only for diff pair. Other transistors need to be leaved as is (w/o monte carlo library ).
No I meant the transient simulation which you had already provided.
I see the difference but I do not sure about the "speed" of the comparator as mentioned in the above posts.
I see that the output signal has more sharper transitions then w/o MP3 transistor.
Can you also measure the delay...
Can you plot input/output characteristics of this comparator with and without the MP3 transistor ? Also it is interesting the waveform of the node before the output inverter.
