I have a project with SILVACO's Atlas simulator, where I have a PIN photodetector with applied voltage from 1.0 to -1.0, and it is working all good, but when I add the beam command line, the current does not change, I think maybe the beam line is perhaps wrong and I would like someone to analyse...
