    Why a lot of vias is used to connect top to bottom planes?

    why alot of vias ? two ground planes construct a resonance cavity. the resonance frequncy will go higher with more via. this means lower impendence at lower frequncy. This phenomena can be simulated by many tools,such as Siwave.

    I had build a board at 66Mhz with 2 layer board. It works.,but the stability is a problem

    Frequency & trace length

    calculate trace length from frequency if frequency of signal is too high. you must consider the length of the trace because of the insert loss
