    What is the frequency of this signal

    whats the frequency of v1= 0.006 ωe sin (ωe*t) + 0.025 cos (50t) ? I need to find ωe so that the frequency of v1 is euqal to the frequency of i1=3 cos(ωe*t) in steady state. I'm trying to solve the 3rd prblem in the attached file.

    thanks for the reply. so when we add two signals with different frequencies we just leave the equations as is ? like cos (at)+cos(bt) ? also, when the frequencies are the same like acos (at) and bcos (at) then what would be the case ?
