I got an offer for digital/Mix IC back-end design position. But Previously, I am front-end engineer. So need you guys recommend some ebooks/DOCs for backend design. I think I need to study before I start that job.

Is it good or not?
Is it good or not if I directly connect a normal signal, not clock signal, to the clock pin of flip-flop?
That happenes if I want to monitor an input pin's falling edge, or I should use system clock and two flip-flops to do that...
One question about clock
Assuming I use both clock edges in the design, any problems during STA?
How does STA tools know which clock edge I am using? accroding to the flip-flop used?
