in this frequency 60GHz you must change the technique of feeding, i.e slot feed or coupling feed.....that is very typical and the surface waves effect 0 % .....
there is no way to export the design, but you can export the S parameters with m-file to matlab.
in an other hand you can export the design to ADS by ansoft....
