Does this mean that I will need to pay if I want to use Android on my board?
Nevertheless, Could you suggest me what is the best way to boot Android on ARM?
Hello,
I want to port Android Lollipop on a proprietary ARM board which is not available commercially. Can anyone help me as for where should I start? Any useful links are appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Hello everyone,
I am trying to run Synopsys Primetime but it does not support the 'define macro. My code includes following instructions.
`define DW_npp ((a_width/2) + 2)
`define DW_xdim (a_width+b_width+1)
`define DW_bsxt (a_width+1)
How can get rid of these macros without affecting the...
Hello everyone,
I am new in this field. I want to use bluetooth low energy enabled cc2540 microcontroller for image transfer. Before that I want to know whether this particular microcontroller is able to do image processing (even if it is slow) or not.
Is there any technique to or any piece of...
Hi,
I am working on a project that involves interfacing of camera with microcontroller cc2540. The raw video is to be encoded into H.264 format and transmitted over bluetooth low energy interface.
I am looking for C code for H.264 encoder and decoder. Where can I find C code for H.264?
Thanks.
Hello everyone,
I have installed IAR Embedded Workbench for ARM to run simple example project of FreeRTOS. I have tow options for licensing IAR. One is 30 day evaluation with no code limit and second is 32kByte code limit all time.
My question is how much code memory do we need for simple...
Hi Kripacharya,
Sorry for not detailing my question. What I meant by Software written is that the device software which is going to communicate with my MCU which is not using BLE. My MCU software is still to be written. Thanks for suggestion. I think RFduino works for me.

Hi all,
I want to interface RF module with low power MCU. For this project, size is the main constraint. Both MCU & RF module has to be no more than few milli-meters as it is to be designed for wearable device. I found QFN packages of MSP430 and PIC16 for MCU but haven't came across any tiny RF...
