Hi, there is anyone which use an usualy phone with GPRS (Siemens M50) to sending data? I make connection with Atmel microcontroller but i don't know to make negotiations...(LCP, PAP/CHAP and IPCP). I read from RCF1332, RFC1570, RFC1662...but I don't understanding very much. Don't geve me...

I want to connecting ATmega8 with GSM phone via miniUSB. I alredy used GSM to transmit from Tx, Rx pins, but now almost GSM phones have miniUSB connector. My board with Atmel is host for GSM device. Give me advise.

I have an USB Flash who use i5062-zd from icreate and memory from infineon HYF33DS512800ATC 64x8 Mbytes. How is posible to have 2Gb when is connect to PC? Why can't use than 128M space from Flash?

thanks Egilssk but that (+COPS) give me information about operator, not about cell where the phone is connect. I try to findout an equivalent of AT*E2CD
In my country one of operator (vodafone) transmit name of cell (ex:Central Park), and anyone can to activate that on phone and that apear on screen....

I designed a module with ATMega8 and siemens C45 to transmit data from alarm system but now i want to conect my module with car alarm and wont to know if exist one ATcommand who request infocell (name of cell).

I tried to connect sonyericsson T105 to PC via serial but don't work.I used an C45 from Siemens an that work properly. I want to connect with microcontroller for data transmit. I have information about connector from h**p//www.pinout.ru. Any information is useful for me...

If you now C is easy to programming with C comliper but in assembler you have much more control about resurces (timers,I/O ports, etc..) . I use Assembler ( AVR studio4 from Atmel company).
