I need to store some data permanently inside the micro controller code memory. I use the micro-controller P89LPC9221 from Philips. I hope some one can help me and I'd be grateful if any one have the code to do this. I use C language only

I'm testing my code and I need to check if the uC reseted in the middle or not as I leave it runing for 7 hours and not setting beside it.
I tried writting a value to the ROM : code unsigned char RSTDetect = 0;
but it is unmodifiable during the code, so I cant update it .

I tried many times with many options to configure p89LPC9221 UART but it didn't work. i even got a complete code from CodeArchitect.org but also didn't work fine.
some times I send one character and the uC repeats it infinity times. other time it sends only the first character...

I've a big problem here in keil debugger. when I press F11 to go inside a function to debug it, the cursor goes to different - and may be empty - lines around the code file.
it was working well an hour ago and still working well in other projects , what happened to this one ?!!
