I'm not specific on screen resolution. cheapest money can buy. All it needs to have is a display, a multi touch screen, allowing 2 way serial communication via USB or Bluetooth. Any method is OK.

I building a touchscreen keyboard for PC. For that I need the cheapest available multitouch touchscreen + graphical display combo. Screen Size around 10 inches
Please suggest me a model, which I can order online.
I have been looking everywhere but the ones I find are expensive and come with...
I have a resistive touch screen and an Arduino Uno microcontroller. I want to build a setup, connected to a pc and touching different areas of the touchscreen simulates mouse movements / key strokes on the pc. So far I have been able to implement this : **broken link removed** I am able to read...
Thanks for the quick reply. I will try ur suggestions as soon as i can. But the component description of the IC says it cannot withstand the voltage range u have specified.
I am an amateur and i took this ckt from a different project and modified it. will the ckt theoretically, be able to do...
Im doing a project based on : ECE 4760 Final Project: Laser Audio Transmitter
Its a wireless audio transmitter and reciever using laser and photo diodes.
I have simplified the circuit, and here are the ckt diagrams for transmitter and reciever respectively:

I am building a touchscreen device that acts as a keyboard n mouse. it will have a custom , intuitive UI. It would not only be used as a keyboard, but also used for launching shortcuts and will have a taskbar in itself. i have explained it in detail here...
Thanks again.
The first one is resistive- so multi touch is out.
I am not able to find what kind of touch screens the other 3 are.
Anyways, do you think implementing multi touch gestures would be too difficult for me? I literally have zero practical experience in building stuff. ( but this, i...
@bigdoguru:
That was helpful. Thanks.
I would prefer the second type, although a little expensive. Moreover, with its capabilities, there are numerous possibilities. I can make the keyboard wireless and all with the wifi module.
As I am designing a keyboard, the 4.3" screens are not ideal...
Thanks for the reply.
Are you talking about : MikroElektronika - SmartGLCD 240x128 Board - Serial Graphic LCD with Touch Screen
However, my application needs multitouch for gestural controls.
From the look of it, This one is resistive. Is there a way to make it a capacitive one?
I am a B.Tech-ECE Final year student. I have an idea for a project.
Basically I want to create a touchscreen device as a replacement for the keyboard and mouse.
The qwerty keyboard on the touch screen display would come up whenever its required, or the user launches it (Like in the...
